What is DLP DEX LP Staking?
It refers to receiving rewards in exchange for providing liquidity for DLP tokens on the DEX. Since DLP is currently issued on the Klaytn blockchain, it can be done on KLAYswap.
As shown above, in order for someone to conduct stable transactions (exchanging DLP at a stable price) on KLAYswap, there must be enough DLP tokens and KLAY coins deposited in the Pool.
Depositing in this Pool is called DEX LP Staking.
Anyone with DLP tokens can deposit in this Pool, and participants can receive rewards for contributing to the activation of the DLP ecosystem.

Rewards of DLP DEX LP Staking
DLP DEX LP Staking boasts the highest reward interest rate within the ecosystem, and there are two reasons for this.
- KLAY coins are required in the same ratio to deposit DLP tokens.
For example, in order to deposit DLP worth $10,000, an additional $10,000 worth of KLAY coins is required, resulting in a total of $20,000 to be deposited.
(Example) Deposit of $10,000 worth of DLP-KLAY pair
$5,000 worth of DLP is deposited, and the remaining $5,000 worth of DLP is converted to KLAY and deposited.
2. The risk of KLAY’s price fluctuations cannot be ignored.
If the value of the KLAY coins deposited together rises, the profits will be maximized, but it should be considered that there is a risk of asset loss in the opposite case.
To reduce such risks, DLP Foundation has plans to launch DLP-USDT (BEP20) pair on PancakeSwap. (Planned to be launched after 10% of DLP token circulation)
